Penalty Charge Notice - step by step guide
This illustrated guide details the five steps required to run our Penalty Charge Notice scheme.
Step 1 - Register to become a penalty charge notice customer and issue parking fines instantly to offending vehicles.
There are three ways to register:

Download and print agreement (fax and/or post)
Call customer services on 0800 096 5757
Any order received before 4pm is processed and dispatched the same day Mon to Fri excluding bank holidays.
Step 2 - Display our warning notices in your problem area
You must display our warning signs prominently where you wish to issue penalty charge notices. Signs can be amended to display different restrictions such as: Permit Holders Only, No Parking at Any Time, Customers & Staff Only, Disabled Badge Holders Only, Loading & Unloading Only.
Step 3 - Issue permits to legitimate users of your land if required
To assist you in identification of offenders anti-copy holographic parking permits are available from us.
Step 4 - Fill out the blank fields on the Penalty Charge Notice make, model reg. and attatch it to the vehicle in a waterproof sleeve (supplied).
Step 5 - Send us the yellow carbon copy of the notice in envelope provided
We will process the charge and follow through with any necessary legal action against the registered owner.
A fine can be cancelled at any time by sending a fax or email to info@wheelclampers.com
You can reorder additional signs, parking tickets, and permits from this website. The service is funded by offending motorists' fines. Signs and tickets have no reference to you the client.
