Wheel Clamping Legislation
Wheel clamping legislation is the cause of the angry property owner having to look for an alternative to clamping and towing away vehicles parking without permission on their private grounds.
With regard to wheel clamping and towing legislation the Home Office minister Lynne Featherstone has been saying that the Coalition Government is taking vigorous action – and soon – against all towing and clamping operators. The clamping and towing legislation is going to be outright and total.
The minister has used strong language to describe the commensurately strong feelings aroused in the breasts of targeted motorists who had to deal with unacceptably heavy fines for offences that so frequently verged on the trivial. Public opinion demanded the legal clamping and towing ban and that is what was going to happen, she said.
Lynne Featherstone declared that clamping and towing had to be outlawed and not reformed; the vicious character of both procedures was hated and they were going to exit British society.
A forthcoming Freedom Bill is expected to be passed into enforceable law by the middle of the year 2012.
We are pleased to announce that a company called Flashpark has the best legally enforceable alternative to clamping and towing. Clamping legislation was a product of the labour government.
Essentially, the property owner registered with Flashpark takes a digital snapshot of the vehicle and Flashpark communicates the bad news about the fine to the vehicle’s official owner via the DVLA register that Flashpark is licensed to use.
The camera has, of necessity; to be digital and the photograph is sent to Flashpark by email.
Do consider: This way of handling the problem is:
- Legal
- Humane
- Non-confrontational
