Established in 1990, VCS provides successful solutions to unauthorised parking on private land. Over the
past 15 years we have grown from a small local company to a nationwide organisation.
Many of our clients vary from individual private landlords to business managing agents and housing
associations. We are proud members of the British Parking Association and are a fully bonded member of
the Parking Enforcement Agency. All our staff are licensed by the government regulatory body The
Security Industry Authority and wear the appropriate SIA badge. Our clamping services are carried out in
accordance with guidelines set out by the British Parking Association
WHEEL CLAMPING:
The services we provide are as follows:
1. Call out only service – this method gives you total control of which vehicle is clamped. You will be
provided with unique contact number so that offending vehicles can be reported. Upon receipt of
your instruction one of our clamping units will attend and deal with the offender
2. Regular patrol visits by our clamping units – this service provides regular visits to your site. We
will clamp vehicles which do not display a valid parking permit.
You can request parking permits from us at any time so that identification of offenders is made easier
Our mobile wheel clamping units are fully equipped with a mobile CCTV system. This helps to prevent hostile
behaviour towards our staff. Each offending vehicle is photograph prior to any action taken.
In order to start benefiting from our service please fax and post the completed agreement in the pdf link above. Please allow 2 working days to have the warning signs placed. The clamping service is payable by the offending motorists fines.
